EDCOUCH – Thelma V. Zuniga, 53, passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Doctor’s Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg, TX. She was born September 24, 1964 to Benigno, Sr. & Quirina Villarreal in Weslaco, TX.
Thelma is survived by her brothers, Oliel Villarreal and Benigno (Maria Elena) Villarreal, Jr.; 4 nieces and her loving dog, Punkin. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Jesus Zuniga.
Viewing will be held Wednesday, November 8, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Viewing will continue Thursday, November 9, 2017 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Edcouch. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
