Elsa- San Juana Del Socorro Rubalcaba, 70, passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at Edinburg Regional Medical Center. She was born March 11, 1946 to Eleodoro & Maria Salinas in Mexico.
She is survived by her husband, Francisco Rubalcaba; son, Saul (Aida) Rubalcaba; daughter, Rosalinda (Mario) Jasso, 13 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Also surviving her are brothers, Leonel, Amando, Eleodoro, Jr., Oscar, Jesus and Eloy Salinas; sisters, Gloria, Consuelo, Ramona and Alma Salinas. She is preceded in death by her sons, Francisco Rubalcaba, Jr., Raul Rubalcaba; parents; brother, Raul Salinas and sister, Emma Salinas.
Viewing will be held Wednesday, May 25, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Viewing will continue Thursday, May 26, 2016 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Elsa. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
