Mercedes – Reynaldo Reyes, 79, passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at Solara Hospital in Harlingen, TX. He was born May 5, 1936 to Pascual & Andrea Reyes in Santa Rita, TX.
Reynaldo is preceded in death by his parents; son, Rolando Reyes; brothers, Ramiro Reyes and Rigo Reyes. He is survived by his wife, Paula R. Reyes; sons, Reynaldo Reyes, Jr., Ricardo Reyes, Roel Reyes, and Rafael Reyes; daughters, Susanna Hillstrom, Sylvia Rivera, Celia Espinoza, Cecilia Fauls, Sonia Scheurer, and Andrea M. Zamorano; brother, Rene Reyes; sister, San Juanita Reyes; 26 grandchildren, 56 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held Tuesday, August 18, 2015 & Wednesday, August 19, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service both days at 7:00 p.m. at Cardoza Funeral Home Chapel. Viewing will continue Thursday, August 20, 2015 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. with Interment to follow at 10:00 a.m. at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
