In Loving Memory of Rene Gabriel Rodriguez

It is with deep sorrow and immense love that we announce the passing of our beloved baby boy, Rene Gabriel Rodriguez.

Though his time with us was far too brief, Rene Gabriel touched the hearts of all who loved him. He will forever be cherished by his parents, Rene Rodriguez Jr. and Cassandra Rosales, and by his loving brother, Cristian Jay Rosales.

Rene Gabriel is lovingly remembered by his grandparents, Jessica Garcia (Mario), Gilda Trevino, and Gabriel Rosales. He is also survived by his great-grandparents, Noelia Garcia (Jaime), Angelita Rodriguez, Felipe Trevino, and Estella Trevino. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Rene Rodriguez, Sr.; great-grandparents Hector Garcia, Raul Rodriguez Sr., and Gregoria Gonzalez.

He will also be forever cherished by his godparents, Jacob Rodriguez and Josette Vallejo, as well as by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends whose lives were touched by his precious presence.

Though Rene Gabriel's life was brief, the love he inspired will endure forever. He will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him, a treasured blessing whose memory will never fade.

Family and friends are invited to gather in loving remembrance of Rene Gabriel on Thursday, June 11, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a recitation of the holy rosary at 7:00 PM at Serenity Funeral Chapels in Edcouch. During this time, those whose lives were touched by Baby Rene may come together to honor his memory, share their love, and find comfort in one another. Baby Rene Gabriel will be cremated at a later date.

Though his time on earth was brief, the love he brought into the lives of his family will remain forever.
