Hargill – Pedro Garza, 84, passed away Saturday, July 1, 2017 at Amara Hospice in Edinburg. He was born June 22, 1933 to Alfredo & Margarita Garza in Hargill.
Pedro is survived by his brothers, Juan Garza, Alfredo “Rigo” Garza, Jr., Guadalupe “Lupe” Garza, and Senovio Garza; sisters, Teresa Lopez, Leonor Palomarez, and Antonia Soto; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Luciano Garza and Ramiro Garza; and sister, Francisca Gomez. Pedro was a lifelong musician who played the bass. He played with Los 5 de Joel Guzman and Los Mismos Del Valle, and other bans in the Valley.
Cremation will follow at a later date.
