Osbel Guerrero

EDINBURG - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Osbel Guerrero, age 59, of Edinburg, Texas, who left this world on July 24, 2025. Osbel was born on October 19, 1965, and exemplified a life filled with dedication, love, and passion for those he cherished. Osbel was a beacon of warmth and kindness in the lives of everyone who knew him. He was a hard-working man whose spirit shone brightly through his unwavering determination to support his family and help others in his community. Osbel had a zest for life that was evident in his many interests. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life-enjoying the sun-soaked days at the beach, casting his line into the water while fishing, and gathering with loved ones for barbecues on Sundays, where laughter and stories were shared over delicious meals. A passionate Dallas Cowboys fan, he never missed a game and proudly cheered them on, embodying the spirit of camaraderie and connection that sports can bring.

Osbel is preceded in death by his sister Vicky Guerrero

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 27 years Maribel Guerrero, his children Mariela Guerrero, Alonso Guerrero, Eduardo Guerrero, Fabian Guerrero, and Osbel Guerrero Jr. Osbel is also survived by his siblings Salvador Guerrero and Marissa Guerrero.

As per Osbel's wishes, cremation will be at a later date.
