LA BLANCA – Olivia O. Salinas, 75, passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at Pax Villa Hospice in McAllen. She was born August 7, 1940 to Apolonio & Eduvijes Ochoa in Elsa, TX.
Olivia is preceded in death by her parents; bother, Armando Ochoa and sister, Tomasita O. Garcia. She is survived by her children, Cindy (Billie Wayne Baldridge) Reyes, Jerry Salinas, Laurie Salinas; brothers, Nabor Ochoa, Apolonio Ochoa, Jr., and grandchildren, Pedro Julian Salinas, Pedro Reyes, Jr., and Ramon Rodriguez, IV.
Viewing will be held Friday, September 11, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. Viewing will continue Saturday, September 12, 2015 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow at 10:00 a.m. at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
