Edcouch - Milagros DeArthur Rios, 37, passed away March 11, 2109 at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco. Milagros was born January 30, 1982 to Arthur, Jr. and Delisia Rios in Houston, TX. Prior to his illnesses, Milagros worked as a barber. He is survived by his parents, sisters, Laura (John) Wals, Melissa (Todd) Phillippi, and Della Mercedes Guzman. He is also survived by five nephews and five nieces.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, March 12, 2109 at 12:00 noon at Anahuac Community Cemetery in Edcouch.
