Edcouch – Maria Esther Elizondo, 67, entered into eternal rest Monday, December 7, 2020 at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco. She was born September 30, 1953 to Federico and Manuela Enriquez in el Campo, TX. She is survived by her daughters, Erica (Miguel Garcia) Elizondo; Monica (Guillermo) Hernandez; and five grandchildren. Also surviving her are her parents, Federico and Manuela Enriquez; brothers, Elias Enriquez, George, and Elijio (Viola) Enriquez; sisters, Olga Zamora, Erlinda Enriquez, and Sophia Medrano.
To honor her wishes, no services will be held. Cremation will take place at a later date. Cardoza Funeral Home of Edcouch is in charge of funeral arrangements.
