ELSA- Maria de Jesus Gomez, 84, passed away Monday, September 7, 2015 at Aurora Hospice in Weslaco. She was born October 19, 1930 at Santa Rita Ranch to Eluterio & Maria Magdalena Perez.
Maria is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Angelita Saenz. She is survived by her husband, Claudio Gomez; brother, Juan Eugenio Saenz and sister, Josefa (Osvaldo) Euresti.
Viewing will be held Thursday, September 10, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. Viewing will continue Friday, September 11, 2015 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow at 10:00 a.m. at Anahuac Community Cemetery in Edcouch.
