Elsa - Layla Urbina, infant, was born and died Friday, March 9, 2018 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen. Layla's surviving parents are Jason A. and Felicia Urbina. She is also survived by her brothers, Matthew J. and Luke A. Urbina, and sister Hailey J. Urbina. At the family's request, cremation services will be performed at a later date.
