Mercedes – Juan Martinez, 90, passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at Mid-Valley Nursing Home in Mercedes. He was born October 12, 1929 to Zeferino Martinez and Maria Efren Toledo in Mexico.
Juan is survived by his brother, Agustin (Carmen) Martinez; sisters, Dolores Martinez, and Enedina Martinez; numerous nephews and nieces. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Antonio Martinez, Lorenzo Martinez, and Francisco Martinez; sister, Rebecca Martinez.
A graveside service will held Thursday, May 21, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
