ELSA – Jose Cruz Moreno, 74, passed away Friday, December 30, 2016 at Valley Grande Manor in Weslaco. He was born June 26, 1942 to Tomas & Feliciana Moreno in Mexico.
Jose is survived by his wife, Maria Isabel Garcia; sons, Jose Guadalupe Moreno and Juan Moreno; daughters, Sandra Moreno, Maricruz Moreno, Lourdes Moreno, and Brenda Garcia. Also surviving him are 15 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Jose Ventura; sisters, Socorro Moreno and Maria Reyna.
Viewing will be held Monday, January 2, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. Cremation will follow at a later date.
