Elsa - Jose Luis Lopez passed away December 15, 2020 at Edinburg Regional Hospital. Jose Luis was born December 27, 1959 to Martin and Ignacia V. Lopez in Edcouch. He worked in various restaurants as a cook. He is survived by his father, Martin Lopez; brothers, Martin Lopez, Jr., and Chris Salazar; sisters, Maria Elena Cruz, Irene Martinez, Juanita Salazar Zapata, Monse Botacion, Rosa Lopez, and Ofelia Corona; and numerous nephews and nieces. He is preceded in death by his mother, Ignacia V. Lopez, and sister, Felipa Salazar Murillo.
