La Villa - Jose Eloy Vela, 66, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Edinburg Regional Hospital. Jose Eloy was born October 5, 1953 to Alfredo and Andrea Vela in Mexico. He is survived by his brother, Manuel Vallejo, sister, San Juanita Perez, and numerous nephews and nieces. He is preceded in death by his parents, Alfredo and Andrea Vela.
There will be no viewing or visitation. Cremation service will be held at a later date.
