Weslaco – Jorge R. Zuniga, 53, passed away on Monday, December 21, 2015 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen. He was born March 1, 1962 to Ismael & Maria Guadalupe Zuniga in Mexico.
Jorge is survived by his wife, Sandra V. Ayala; sons, Jose Guadalupe Zuniga, Carlos Zuniga, Magdaleno Zuniga, Jorge Zuniga; and daughter, Vanessa Zuniga. He is also survived by his parents, brothers, Javier Zuniga, Ismael Zuniga, Victor Zuniga; sisters, Maria Zuniga, Gloria Zuniga, Concepcion Zuniga and 5 grandchildren.
Viewing will be held Wednesday, December 23, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. Viewing will continue Thursday, December 24, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. with a Chapel Service at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Weslaco City Cemetery in Weslaco.
