Santa Rosa - Joe Luis Leal, Jr., 21, passed away Monday, April 13, 2020 at his residence in Santa Rosa. He was born September 22, 1998 to Joe Luis Leal, Sr. and Sofia Fonseca in Harlingen. Joe is survived by his father; brothers, Luis Leal and Enrique Leal; sisters, Elena Leal, Amanda Leal, Jessica Lynch, and Desiree Lynch; maternal grandmother, Rosa Fonseca. He is preceded in death by his mother.
Cremation will follow at a later date.
