Le sobrevive su esposa, Guadalupe Leal. También es sobrevivido por sus hijos, Rodolfo, Jesús y Eleazar Leal e hija, Yessica Yazmin Leal y 2 nietos.
Jesús también es sobrevivido por su madre, Ernestina Becerra Flores, hermanos, Juan y Roberto Leal y su hermanas, Maria Villarreal y Sofía Leal.
Jesus está precedido en la muerte por su padre, Juan Leal Vera.
Servicios de velación serán de 10:00 a.m. hasta 9:00 p.m. el jueves, 31 de enero y viernes, 1 de febrero de 2013.
Entierro será el sábado, 2 de febrero a las 11:00 a.m. en el Cementerio Parque Sagrado, Milla 2 W por milla 10 ½ N, Mercedes, TX.
