ELSA – Guadalupe Rodriguez, 71, passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg. He was born September 17, 1947 to Pedro and Maria Rodriguez in Elsa.
Guadalupe is survived by his sons, Reynaldo (Ramona) Rodriguez and Guadalupe (Melinda) Rodriguez; daughters, Maria (Norberto) Mena, Diana Johnson, and Angie (Carlos) Sandoval; 15 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He is preceded in death by his wife, Dora Rodriguez; parents; and sister, Juana Viera.
Viewing will be held Sunday, February 24, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Cardoza Funeral Home Chapel. Viewing will continue Monday, February 25, 2019 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at Cardoza Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Elsa. Interment will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Anahuac Community Cemetery in Edcouch.
