WESLACO – Guadalupe Casas, 64, passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco. She was born January 1, 1953 to Leon & Petra Gomez in Pharr.
Guadalupe is survived by her son, Ray (Gina) Casas; daughter, Jessica (Joel) Casas; and 5 grandchildren. Also surviving her are brothers, Rodolfo Gomez, and Rene (Eva) Gomez; sisters, Maria Serna, Lionila (Santiago) Espinoza, Lidia (Noe) Guerra, Diana Zamora, and Irma (Rey) Rodriguez. She is preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Leon Gomez, Jr.
Viewing will be held Friday, January 6, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. Cremation will follow at a later date.
