WESLACO – Elsa Laura Gonzalez, 51, passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco. She was born August 18, 1966 to Enrique & Dora Gonzalez in Mexico.
Elsa is survived by her husband, Angel Barboza; daughters, Janie Borjas, Janice Perez, and Angela Barboza; brothers, Jorge Gonzalez and Federico Gonzalez; sisters, Dora Villanueva, Rosa Mata, and Maria D. Flores.
Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Joan of Arc in Weslaco. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
