Weslaco – Elojio Hernandez, 60, passed away January 17, 2015 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, TX. He was born February 28, 1954 to Juan & Guadalupe Hernandez in Weslaco, TX.
Elojio is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Jesus Hernandez; and sister, San Juanita Hernandez. He is survived by his wife, Mariana Hernandez; sons, Eliseo (Maria C.) Hernandez, Jaime (Sandra) Hernandez; daughters, Maricela (Juan Jose) Castillo, Cassandra (George) Ramos; brothers, Juan Hernandez, Pablo Hernandez, Jose Hernandez, Rene Hernandez; sisters, Maria Valle, Noemi Hernandez, Mary Lou Hernandez; and 8 grandchildren.
Viewing will be held Tuesday, January 20, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Wednesday, January 21, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service both days at 7:00 p.m. at Church of the Living God, 1009 N. Westgate, Weslaco, TX. Viewing will continue Thursday, January 22, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. with a Funeral Service at 9:00 a.m. at Church of the Living God in Weslaco. Interment will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
