Don Smith

ELSA – Don Carlos Smith, 88, passed away Monday, March 4, 2019 at Brook Ridge Retirement Community in Pharr. He was born May 9, 1930 to Euen and Elverda Smith in Ralls, TX.

Don is survived by his son, Larry Don (Anna) Smith; daughters, Lydia Wiley and Dawn K. (Mark) Goldammer; 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and brother, Bill (Nan) Smith. He is preceded in death by his wife, Joy Smith; daughter, Jenny Durbin; parents, Euen and Elverda Smith; brothers, Euen Smith, Fritz Smith, and Rodney Smith; and sister, Elfrances Greenwood.

A Graveside Service will be held Friday, March 8, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
