David Salinas
December 18, 1938 — September 25, 2017
WESLACO – David Salinas, 78, passed away Monday, September 25, 2017 at his residence in Weslaco. He was born December 18, 1938 to Miguel & Teodora Salinas in La Sara, TX.
David is survived by his wife, Ester J. Salinas; son, Daniel Miguel Salinas; brother, Roy Salinas, and sister, Vila Salinas. He is preceded in death by his parents. David worked with TxDOT in Houston and the Rio Grande Valley for 25 year.
Memorial Service will be held Sunday, October 8, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary at 6:00 p.m. Memorial Service will continue Monday, October 9, 2017 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Elsa. Inurnment will follow at 11:30 a.m. at La Sara Memorial Cemetery.
