Weslaco/Edcouch – Daniel Antonio Guzman, 82, passed away Sunday, June 25, 2017 at his residence in Weslaco. He was born June 13, 1935 to Victor & Angelina Guzman in Edcouch.
Daniel is survived by his daughter, Yvette Cruz; grandchildren, Danielle, Alaina, Andrew, and Elijah; great-grandchild, Aaliyah; brother, Jose Raul Guzman; and sister, Rosa Marie Ruiz. He is preceded in death by his wife, Glicette Nieves Guzman; parents; and brothers, Raymundo Guzman and Victor “Bibi” Manuel Guzman. Daniel resided in California most of his life and was a resident of Weslaco for 5 years.
Viewing will be held Saturday, July 1, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a Chapel Service at 5:30 p.m. at Cardoza Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation will follow at a later date.
