b. December 16, 1932
La Villa- Cresenciana S. Gonzalez, 83, passed away Saturday, July 23, 20160 at her residence in La Villa. She was born December 16, 1932 to Catarino & Bencelada Segura in San Luis Potosí, MX.
Cresenciana is survived by her sons, Apolonio Segura, Oscar Gonzalez, Arturo Gonzalez, Reanulfo Gonzalez, Nicolas Gonzalez, Jr., Ricardo Gonzalez; daughters, Elida Pineda, Graciela Ledesma, Yolanda Funk and Sylvia Gonzalez. Also surviving her are 51 grandchildren, 120 great-grandchildren, 33 great-great grandchildren; brothers, Cresencio Segura and Elias Segura; sisters, Juanita Garza and Belia Gonzalez; numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Nicolas Gonzalez; parents; son, Raul Gonzalez; grandson, Oscar Rae Gonzalez; great-grandson, Paul Vincent Cerda and brother, Jose Segura.
Viewing will be held Sunday, July 24, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. Viewing will continue Monday, July 25, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. with a Service at 2:00 p.m. at Rosa de Saron Pentecostes in La Villa. Interment will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
