Elsa - Andres Rubio, Jr., 69, passed away March 9, 2021 at Drs. Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg. Andres was born September 7, 1951 to Andres, Sr. and Faustina Rubio in Waco, TX. He is survived by his wife, Yolanda Rubio; brothers, Ramon Gomez, Oscar Rubio, and George Rubio; sisters, Francisca Barrientes, Olga Rubio, and Dora Rivera; and numerous nephews and nieces. Viewing will be held Friday, March 12, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary at 6:00 p.m. Viewing will continue Saturday, March 13, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at 11:00 a.m. at City of Weslaco Cemetery in Weslaco.
