MERCEDES – Alma “Blanca” Flores, 69, passed away Monday, August 17, 2015 in Gallup, New Mexico. She was born July 25, 1946 to Federico & Herminia Sanchez in Reynosa, Tamps., MX.
Alma is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband; Desiderio Flores, Sr., sons, Omar Flores & Desiderio (Maria Diana) Flores, Jr.; daughters, Veronica (Eloy) Flores Saenz and 11 grandchildren.
Viewing will be held Thursday, August 20, 2015 from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Cardoza Funeral Home Chapel. Viewing will continue Friday, August 21, 2015 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. with a Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in La Villa. Interment will follow at Campacuas Memorial Cemetery in Mercedes.
