Elsa Alejandro Martinez, 57, died Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg, Texas. He was born in La Villa, TX on July 27, 1954. He is survived by his wife, Susan Annette Martinez, mother, Guadalupe Martinez, and his children: Alejandro Martinez Jr., Priscilla Martinez, Patricia Martinez, Jose A. Martinez, Andrew Martinez, Jennifer Martinez and Jeannette Guerrero. Also surviving him are 21 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, numerous nephews and nieces. He is also survived by his brothers, Gilberto Martinez and Genaro Martinez, sisters, Margarita Ruiz, Sulema Martinez, and Leticia Avila. He was preceded in death by his father, Jose G. Martinez and sister, Francisca L. Torres.

Services

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Friday, February 10, at Cardoza Funeral Home Chapel, with Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral Services will be at 10:00 a.m. at Cardoza Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Anahuac Community Cemetery, Edcouch.
