MERCEDES – Alejandro Garcia, 80, passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at his residence in Mercedes. He was born March 1, 1937 to Juan Tenorio & Maria Teresa Garcia in Mexico.
Alejandro is survived by his wife, Maria Guadalupe Garcia; sons, Alejandro Jr. (Chris) Garcia, Manuel (Stella) Garcia, Ernesto Garcia, and Candelario Garcia; daughters, Maria Stella Garcia, Maria Teresa Rivera, Yolanda Garcia, and Josephina (Conrado) Ramirez. Also surviving him are 15 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; and brother, Fidencio Garcia. He is preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Luis Garcia and Jose Garcia.
Cremation will take place at a later date.
