Agustin Garcia

LA VILLA - Agustin Garcia, a beloved husband, brother, uncle, and friend, is peacefully sleeping in death, at the age of 74. Born on August 28, 1951, Agustin dedicated more than five decades of his life to his faith as a devoted Jehovah's Witness, embodying kindness, humility, and a true love for his community.Agustin was a god-fearing man with a gentle spirit who touched the lives of all who knew him. His deep appreciation for family was evident in every interaction, and his warmth and generosity made him a cherished figure among friends and relatives alike. He had a special way with children, nurturing their spirits and always taking time to make them laugh and feel valued.

Agustin is preceded in death by his father Pedro Garcia.

Agustin is survived by his loving wife, Hortencia Garcia, and will be deeply missed by his mother Martha Montoya Garcia, siblings: Maria Teresa Garcia, Jovita (Tomas) Ramirez, Eduardo (Odelia) Garcia, Daniel (Idalia) Garcia, Abel (Mary Lou) Garcia, Ismael (Cintia) Garcia, and Misael Garcia. Agustin is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will gather on Friday, September 12, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Serenity Funeral Chapel in Edcouch. There will also be a Memorial talk on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 3:00 PM at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Edcouch.

As per Agustin, cremation will follow at a later date.In this time of sorrow, let us remember Agustin Garcia not only for how he lived but also for the joy he brought to others. His spirit will forever influence our lives, guiding us to be kind-hearted and devoted as he was. May he rest in peace.

LA VILLA - Agustín García, un amado esposo, hermano, tío y amigo, descansa en la muerte en paz el 8, a la edad de 74 años. Nacido el 28 de agosto de 1951, Agustín dedicó más de cinco décadas de su vida a su fe como fiel Testigo de Jehová, siendo un ejemplo de bondad, humildad y verdadero amor por su comunidad.

Agustín fue un hombre temeroso de Dios, de espíritu apacible, que tocó la vida de todos los que lo conocieron. Su profundo aprecio por la familia se reflejaba en cada una de sus interacciones, y su calidez y generosidad lo convirtieron en una figura muy querida entre amigos y seres queridos. Tenía una manera especial con los niños: alimentaba su espíritu y siempre se tomaba el tiempo para hacerlos reír y hacerlos sentir valorados.

Agustín fue precedido en muerte por su padre, Pedro García.

Le sobreviven su amada esposa, Hortencia García, y será profundamente extrañado por su madre, Martha Montoya García, y sus hermanos: María Teresa García, Jovita (Tomás) Ramírez, Eduardo (Odelia) García, Daniel (Idalia) García, Abel (Mary Lou) García, Ismael (Cintia) García, y Misael García. También le sobreviven numerosos sobrinos y sobrinas.

La familia y los amigos se reunirán el viernes 12 de septiembre del 2025, de 3:00 p.m. a 8:00 p.m., en Serenity Funeral Chapel, en Edcouch. También se llevará a cabo un discurso conmemorativo el sábado 13 de septiembre del 2025 a las 3:00 p.m. en el Salón del Reino de los Testigos de Jehová en Edcouch.

Por los deseos de Agustín, la cremación se llevará en una fecha despues.

En este tiempo de dolor, recordemos a Agustín García no solo por la forma en que vivió, sino también por la alegría que trajo a quienes lo rodeaban. Su espíritu seguirá influyendo en nuestras vidas, guiándonos a ser bondadosos y dedicados, como lo fue él. Que descanse en paz.
