Elsa- Diamantina Gonzalez, 62, passed away Thursday, November 12, 2015 at her residence in Elsa. She was born March 17, 1953 to Guadalupe & Cecilia Garcia in Weslaco.
Diamantina is preceded in death by her brothers, Guadalupe and Johnny Garcia. She is survived by her parents, husband, Arturo Gonzalez; sons, Jaime (Yvonne) Gonzalez, Arturo (Cristina) Gonzalez, Jr.; daughters, Virginia (Pedro) Cons, Chris (Eduardo) Ramos, and Donna Gonzalez. She is also survived by her brothers; Federico Garcia, Elvis Garcia, Eduardo Garcia; sisters, Diana Villarreal and Sabrina Garcia.
Viewing will be held Sunday, November 15, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held Monday, November 16, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Edcouch. Cremation will follow at a later date.
